Blue Guides (Art Shop Eat, Visible Cities)
Publishers of Blue Guides series, Visible Cities series and also the Art/Shop/Eat series. The Blue Guides have been continuously published since 1918 and were relaunched in full colour in 2005. They are painstakingly researched, beautifully presented cultural guidebooks. The Visible Cities series, also serious cultural guides for the independent traveller, are less comprehensive and more anecdotal than the Blue Guides, generally to lesser-known destinations in the "new" Europe. The Art/Shop/Eat series was launched in 2004 and comprises stylish, all-colour, small-format guide books designed for weekend and short stay visits to Europe´s and the US´ most glamorous cities.
